What does that mean?

This is just injecting a piece of information. I don't know if it leads anywhere, but the ^^is made by hitting caps on 66. note that ^^is gg upside down. maybe turning the meaning on it's head? of course there may be other keyboards that would lead to other possibilities.

If it has a . in the middle ^.^ it's supposed to be a happy face. So presumably the same as 🙂
